Cow Leather (Cowhide)
Cow leather is the most commonly used leather in the world. Cow leather is a by-product of cattle farming and beef production; thus, cow leaher is available in a practically endless and lower-cost supply versus other types of leather. Cowhide is naturally thicker, and tanned to retain a tighter collagen matrix, than other leathers. Cow leather clothing is flexible, breathable and supple, while conforming to the wearer's body shape. Cowhide leather looks good dyed or left natural. It naturally repels moisture, retains its shape, and resists sun and heat damage, making it ideal for outerwear.
Cow leather is available in a wide variety of finishes and colors; such as natural plain, naked, nappa, natural milled, lining, crunch, vegetable, gloving, distressed and oily crunch leather.
Asphan Leather manufactures handbags, belts, jackets, garments and accessories. We work with different types of leather including cow, buffalo, sheep, goat and lambskin.
Below are a few finished leather samples. We can produce products in any color, grain and look according to the customers specification.
